These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Sid Car Rental, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
- Original Aadhar card required.
- Refundable security deposit rates as per the vehicle.
- Car video and pictures compulsory on receiving vehicle.
- Any damage to vehicle should be paid by the customer.
- Vehicle rates will be charged as per business timings which is 9am to 9am.
- Cost of fuel to be borne by the renter.
- A photocopy of the driving licence must be submitted at the time of rental.
- Please ensure the car is clean even inside while returning.
- The vehicle may have speed governors enabled in compliance with the applicable government regulations that limit the speed of vehicles up to 80 KMPH.
- Bookings will stand cancelled if the member does not show up within four hours of the start time. No refunds will be applicable.
